About me

Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent over 15 years working in education. Throughout that time, I was always drawn to the human side of growth, the moments when people begin to understand themselves differently and find the confidence to move forward.
At 39, I decided to follow a long-held dream and begin my psychotherapy training. It felt like a natural next step, a way to bring together my experience of supporting others with my deep interest in the mind, emotions, and relationships.
My path hasn’t been without challenges. Having faced my own mental health struggles, I understand what it means to feel lost, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. These experiences allow me to bring empathy, compassion, and genuine understanding to my work with clients.
Through Reclaim and Rise, I hope to offer a space where others can reconnect with their true selves, reclaim their voice, and rise into the life they deserve.
